Title: connect 2 computers by wifi

I have 2 pc's, and i want to acces PC1 while i am on PC2. so, that i can acces the computer, whit files that i need, whitout going upstairs, or putting files form this one on the other one...

is this possible?

PS: using windows xp pro and home.

This is an easy task to accomplish. You will need a wireless router and at least one wireless card (for the machine not near the internet connection) and to do some reading. Are these both desktop computers?
