My PC suddenly restart when in windows XP.
IS it hardware problem?

Well with this wealth of information it is hard to say.
Have a read here, post a LOT more details about the machine, what happened prior to this, and we'll be awaiting the next burst of information.

I have scan the virus, check HDD error, and system restore to earlier.
I also tried to plug only keyboard ,mouse ,monitor only. with one SDRAM.
I even change anothe SDRAM.
But the problem still exits.
I tried to replace another power supply (same =180W as my original power supply).
It also can't help.
I reset CMOS just now.
PC keep on reboot to BIOS after setup my CMOS.
Worst n worst now, it can't boot into windows XP.
Sometimes, the power button LED turns to amber ,then green, boot to BIOS,then amber again.
I feel that the hard disk very hot.
Will hard disk cause tis kind of problem?

Well if its not a virus issue, its likely a PSU issue (if ur PC does actually start).
180w sure isnt a lot, but without know what components u have inside ur PC i cant tell u if its enough or not.
Run "Everest" (google it) and post the results back here.

aha.I found that maybe is only the heat problem.
1.When the pc rebbot,i off the power then take out the heatsink.
let the processor rest 10mins.Restart pc again,it can surf >than 1hr.
2.I open the casing and run the pc whole day,no problem.
Not sure that is really heat problem, because i update the BIOS just now...
Hopefully is not hte mb problem ,cause heat problem.

If it is, just buy a bigger cpu fan, and maybe one or two case fans, or just get a big household fan and stick it inside.

yup.But i am thinking to buy thermal paste/pad to paste onto the heatsink.
I found some pink in color paste are becomes thinner..
maybe this cause the heat disipation.

This would be an excellent idea.
