Then your problem is not fixed. You have some sort of spyware issue as well, as and probably a lot more.

Try RogueRemover (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) if that fails to fix it then tell us the name of "there? program".
-
Its called VirusBurst

I think also that this is a "False Positive" in order to have me buy VirusBurst. I went to control Panal to remove it but cannot find it listed or it may be under another name. I see something called AdWare and another called Spybot in the Control Panal but do not want to remove for now.

RogueRemover (http://www.malwarebytes.org/) should remove it, did you try it?
Spybot is your friend, was the other one Adware or Adaware?

Is called Ad-Aware SE Personal
Ill try it again I guess. That ?mark with an X is still blinking at me.

Its called VirusBurst
Its VirusBurst not (ers) if that is same or not?

Ad-Aware SE Personal is your friend too so keep it. ;)
If RogueRemover fails to remove the pest (Don't forget to re-boot after removal) then follow the link below for smitfraud instructions.

UPDATE: The link below directly targets virusburst.

You didn't mention what your operating system is (win xp, me, 2000, etc.......) ?
If you have win xp then you'll have to turn off your system restore before run your anti-spyware/virus detection programs. Otherwise you'll never get rid of your spyware/virus problem.
