Title: Accessing two web based programs at once
Post by: rl on October 05, 2004, 11:19:06 AM
I'm having trouble at work with people trying to access two web based programs at the same time. When a transaction is made in one of the programs the other closes out. Is there some sort of setting that will allow them to have both programs up and functional at the same time??

I think one of the programs uses remote access.

rl......heres a little tip.....tell them to open the first site in a explorer window ....then minimize that site and open up the next site in another explorer window......that way you can have more than one site open at at time.....if you do it the way they are ...as soon as they put in the address for the second site ...the first one closes......
This should get them back on track
