Title: bios cpu settings

i would like to overclock my cpu but in the bios all the cpu settings are locked they are also faded.  how do i unlock them.
all the overclocking software like clockgen that i downloaded don't work for the cpu but will overclock the pcie-pci

What is your purpose in overtasking your CPU?
