I have User account control disabled, but apparently, disabling it results in lack of an account temporary folder...
I would google this one, but too many people have probably already taken the advantage of this issue to make bad programs
Are there any fixes that just get rid of it while showing it as enabled?

1GB RAM
120GB HDD
