You are going to love this :-*.
Since, I have restored my system, and all the original components are in place, I am attempting to re-install the FAX software and have encountered problems which I can use your help since it is not very easy communicating with the SW OEM, (no phone, all is e-mail, and I have tried this and I'm getting the same message, I would like to run this by you, . .hope thay you are up to it. :o
Please create a folder on your desktop and name it Ringcentral.
Then please download either RCSF2002_full.exe file or all files: RCSF2002.exe, RCSF2002.r00, RCSF2002.r01, RCSF2002.r02, RCSF2002.r03
Please click on the file download link on the webpage, save to disk (to desktop, folder Ringcentral), download the file(s) and then run it on your PC.
Please follow prompts you will see on your screen.
All downloadable files are compressed self-extracting RAR archives. To open use password.
The password is: _________________
After you are done with extracting the file(s) please open Rcsf2002 folder on your desktop and continue the installation of RingCentral SmartFax 2002 by clicking on the Setup file.
I have downloaded these to a desc top file Ring Central, as follows;

the file FC.32 is empty ?
However when I go to open the RCSF2002 I get this;

I place in the password and it extracted the files,
AS per the above instructions;
After you are done with extracting the file(s) please open Rcsf2002 folder on your desktop and continue the installation of RingCentral SmartFax 2002 by clicking on the Setup file.
When I click this file I am still getting ;

What is wrong ?

I previously opened folder F32, it was empty, as I re-did the process of down loading the folders , after some time I discovered that the Installation wizard was located there and, Bingo !
I think that sometimes, more often than most of us think hit and miss has a teaching and learning process that is quite valuable.

I'm going to contact Nathan and tell him this is Mac or Merlin because it is OBVIOUS to me.

Again, I do not doubt that one bit !!
but, you won't easily find my new PB file ! 8)
and for now on when I use this I will immediately delete what I post, . .
however that won't prevent what occured the last time, . . and no one here has volunteered an explanation, and I'd say that it would have taken a very cunning hacker to pull that off, . .that means, in my estimation you qualify ! :(
