It may be bike race or car race or any action packed game

You can google for freeware games. We don't do warez here or send you links for pirated software.  ;)

maybe you could 'legally'use bittorrent or such and search for any freeware or ''licensed'' game?

if they are licensed and you dl them without owning the license isnt that illegal

I don't think he has any license, except maybe a driver's license, so this does not matter.  ::)
