Title: Activesync

Hi

I hope somebody can help with this problem.

When I connect my ipaq pda to my desktop using the usb cable activesync starts and runs ok.

When I connect my pda to my LAPTOP using the same usb cable the pda freezes instantly and I can't go any further.

My desktop is running XP home. My laptop is running XP pro. The same thing happens when using activesync 3.8, 4.2 & 4.5

I have ZoneAlarms Security Suite on both machines, with exactly the same settings on both machines.

Any help/suggestions greatly appriciated.

Does the laptop have the latest Security updates installed from Windows Update?
