Title: Please HELP!!!

Yesterday I was loading verizon DSL on my PC when I was prompted to complete upgrades.  After completing upgrades I was not able to go into Internet Explorer.  The error message is stating that it cannot be found.  I have tried everything that I can think of.  Please Help!!!! Thanks.

Are you saying that IE cannot be found or that the page cannot be found? That's two very different things.

IE cannot be found.  Whenever I click on the Icon this appears in the Run box... C:\
????

Have you tried locating IE through the start menu or through Windows Explorer under C:\program files\IE.

Yes I have tried the Start menu and my computer, etc... I will try your suggestion.  Thank you.

Open Windows Explorer.
Go to Program Files/Internet Explorer. Double clik this folder to open it. Find IExplorer icon...right clik it and select create shortcut. It will end up at the end of file listings. Now drag it to the desktop and delete the other one.
To launch it from the desktop just double clik the new one you have created...
