Title: how to identify compatibility..

Hello everyone,
 
how can i find out if a certain hardware is compatible with my motherboard..say i want to know if an Albatron PX865PE Lite (Pro) is compatible with an nVidia Geforce 7600 GT video card??

as long as that mobo has a  PCI-E  slot on it, yes it will work....

that video card (nice one by the way) will not work,  what you need is an  AGP card
do a google on AGP cards and see what you like....

thanks honvetops .. but isn't there an AGP version of this video card that would work on this mobo?

and is there any AGP card that is good as 7600 ??..or any other AGP card that would run DX10 games? and how can find out if it is compatible with my mobo??

Gilgamesh21: You can still get a lot of good cards for AGP if you look around.

I am not aware of any DX10 cards being produced for AGP.
If you have to have DX10 support, you will need a new board and a new card.
