Title: Welcome Screen

Somebody programmed a picture on my Welcome Screen, its isn't those little pictures attached to my log on and password, its the picture in the background of my welcome screen, I have Windows XP

Change or reset the welcome screen background (wallpaper), change or remove picture with

SetBackColor
