:-[ hello i am hoping someone can answer a dumb question ... I am new to adobe photoshop cs3 ... have a laptop with vista .... not sure how to resize a photo by inches for IM'img or email... used to sizing by pixels... and also what is a Pica? forgive my ignorance as I am used to paint shop pro. :'(
