Title: Primary hard disk drive 0 not found

So i turn the computer on and I get this error message:

Primary hard disk drive 0 not found

is my hard drive just need to be replaced or what else can be done to fix the problem?

Is it a Dell or HP or what??  Is it a laptop, notebook, desktop, tower?
