Hi Dawn
I'll start of by giving you a friendly advice. Stop posting messages in all upper characters. People find that extremely annoying. It is the text equivalent of yelling and no one likes being yelled at. ;)

We need some more information in order to help you.
What browser you are using to view websites? If you don't know, press the help menu on your toolbar and select About. A new windows should pop up telling you the name of your browser.

When did this problem start? Have you made any recent changes to your computer, like installing or removing software for example.

Could you give us an example of a website you can't access?

I AGREE WITH DEERPARK. IT IS VERY ANNOYING. PLEASE DO NOT DO SO!!!

Anyway, hi Dawn, and welcome to computer hope forum.

Have you tried browsing those webpages using different browsers?

is it only one of the browsers which does or doesn't work?

You could try going to internet options > security > and change your internet security to low. See if the helps. If it does...then you'll have to add a few sites to your "trusted sites" list, because i don't reccomend leaving your overall internet security on low.
