Title: Fed up with junk mail

Can some kind member please supply me with a solution to prevent  receiving
Junk Mail through my post.

 I am using Outlook

If you are using Outlook Express and you would like to have your spam filter integrated to the software you could use this shareware programm:

Otherwise in the webmail of your email provider they usually have spamfilters, with some providers you can even activate it without monthly costs.
