Help how do i get A Image UP!!!! its not working :( I needa get this solved before My friend goes nuts

The image needs to be located somewhere on the internet, you can upload to various sites then you put a link in the text as I have done below using the insert image button.

If you look at the image properties you will see it's stored at my ISP (Comcen) especially for you.
You can also attach images via computerhope by selecting additional options from the post screen.
