Occasionally, when surfing, a screen appears: "Forbidden access on this server". I recently had this with the the further line: "Apache/1.3.31 server at ...(address) Port 80".
This was in trying to get a local dental practice.
I've not thought much about this in the past but it made me wonder what the criteria are, or reason for, this forbidden status.
(I use Firefox and sometimes IE)
