I recently set upa DVR serivce for my store, using a pCI card like this http://store.pcsurveillance.net/DR004PRO_p/dr004pro.htm. Everything was fine, until i tried to do live viewing on my laptop. It says i only need to connect to my ip address and then i can select live viewing, etc. However, whenever i try to connect to this ip at home, i get a "webpage may be expirenceing errors" or a "this webpage contains a program that you don't have installed." I tried to sign on using the same computer i hooked up the PCI card too, and it works fine, however, when i try to sign in at home, it doesn't work. Please help, not that great with computers
