Title: Is there any way to get rid of IE

I only want to use Netscape.

Set Netscape as your default browser. You can remove the IE shortcuts but uninstalling it would probably be a bad idea, as some programs use it to run.

You can, and you can't. ;D Set Netscape to be the default browser. Don't delete IE (except shortcuts, if you want). Some sites are IE specific and on rare occassion you will need it for those sites.
