Title: sync out of range

what will i do if there's an error coming up on my monitor that says out of range. I already reinstalled the drivers, no problem with the video card, able to run in safe mode.

"sync out of range" means that either your video card or monitor is incapable of the refresh rate selected. Use a lower refresh rate and/or a different resolution.
