Title: user account problem

PLEASE HELP ME!
Client services for NetWare has disabled the Welkome screen and fast user switching.To restore these features i must uninstall Client Services for Netware.
J do not know what  THE CLIENT SERVICES FOR NETWARE ARE,if i uninstall them
will j need it in the future,and i olso do not know where to find them......
what to do?

you shouldent need them. What were they installed with.

also some computer specs would be good
