Title: missing d3drm.dll

 any ideas on how to get vista program to accept the d3drm.dll file. Evidently microsoft deleted this program as unessesary ,now ican't play any of the older games. after downloading, the insall wizard initiates but  won't complete. responds with"missing component" i.e. this d3drm.dll file. i don't know how to insert this file. any imput would be greatly apeciated.

In some cases, downloading, and placing that file in C:\Windows\system32 helps.
