Title: recycle bin

well i went to empty out my recycle bin so i right clicked and by accident....i deleted my recycle bin, not emptying the contents inside it... i dont know how to get it back.... i have Vista, so if anyone knows how to get my recycle bin back it would be greatly appriciated.
