Title: Computer stopped playing dvds

Ma computer has stopped playing dvd's when i put my dvd in it says drive busy then after a few mins it says no disk in drive

Anyone know the problem

buy a drive cleaner??clean the dvd disk and try it again and if it fails....eject the disk and then tun it a quarter of a turn now play it?
