I added my 4 in one to my computer and when it was done my computer shut off and I can't get it back on.

If this is an internal card reader (you installed something that goes inside your computer):
Check and make sure all your power connections (Specifically the one to the motherboard) are secured.
If its external (outside the computer) then please describe what happens when you turn on your computer, eg: Fans start, sound of hard drive, something appears on the screen, etc
