I have Vista Home Premium and Windows Live Mail. WLM will not download most emails from the ISP server. It seems to think they are spam. Even test messages I send to myself will not download.
In WLM tools/safety options/options tab I have no automatic filtering ticked but still mail is being filtered. How can I choose to receive all mail, including spam Deleting spam is easier than logging in to ISP
