Title: Primary Disk 1 and Secondary Disk 1 "Not Found"????

I have a dell thats just about 3 years old, and was working great till a few days ago..

Now every time I turn it on i get a error message that saids "Primary Disk 1 not found" and "Secondary Disk 1 not found"

It wont go past the windows sing and keeps restarting and showing the same error message >:(

A little more info would be nice.
Desktop or laptop, recent work on internal components, and recent software changes.
If desktop and recent work was done, the internal hard drive data or power lines may not be properly seated.
Any further advise would not be advised until information is provided.
