And Q/A 2
I have DSL and my upload files size is 8 MB
And I whent to e mail a file that was 7.96 MB and it could not go.

And Verizon told me to try e mailing it from Outlook Exspress because it's upload file size is 20 MB.

Well it did not work but I want to know even if I use Outlook Exspress to e mail my fil it still is going through Verizon so wont the upload file size still be 8 MB or how does that wwork???

That makes no sense whatsoever.  The upload file size is what it is, period.  If he meant to say Outlook Express can upload files up to 20MB, I think that's also false.  Any upload limitation is going to stem from your ISP, not OE.

Yes, it would still be 8MB.  I suspect that exceeds a limit by Verizon.  Of course, they should be able to tell you the straight facts on this, but in the world of tech support today, well ....

Here's an option.  Create an account with http://www.adrive.com/ and then upload your file to it.  Of course, if you want someone else to get the file, you'll have to give them the username and password for the Adrive account.  But, you can change it later, or just close the account if you no longer want it.
