Title: cell phone's pc suite disc compatability problem

I cant believe it. I just got a new cell phone and I want to install the phone's pc suite disc but it says it's only compatible for windows 2000 and windows xp, and I only have windows vista. how do I install this?

Check their website for Vista software...if they don't offer it return the phone for one that does.
That usually gets the manuf. attention.

I got a Samsung SGH a516. I sent them an email about this problem ok.

Did you look for  a newer version of the software on the Samsung website? It will probably be a lot faster to find a new version yourself than to wait for a reply from Samsung.
If it is a new phone there most likely is a Vista compatible software suite available.

ok I got that over with. my main priority with this pc suite is to transfer music to the phone. I tried doing that but it just cancels during the process and says "insufficient memory." *censored* is this. I just got his phone and I have basically nothing stored up in the phone why is it saying that like my phone's storage is full. really strange. Im just simply trying to transfer music but that weird alarm message comes up
