Title: Problem,after upgrading RAM on my Toshiba satellite 1800 laptop!

After upgrading my laptop with one 512MB of RAM on one of the memroy Slots,after using it for like 3hrs the laptop shows a blue screen of death and shuts down.But the Ram is exactly of the same type with the one previously there.I need a solution this pls.

Do you have the one you replaced handy / tried putting that one back in / did you mix the two?

no,i did not mix the two,and i had that one handy!
