How to resolve when forget the window 2000 password?

My PC with window XP  cannot properly startup today. After I login, it seems loading application and the desktop already shown but the system automatically reboot. just before reboot , the screen flash a message :
" Stop:c000021a unknown Hard error.
Unknown Hard error. Beginning dump of physical memory. physical memory dump complete. Contact your system administrator or technical support group for further assistance." 

Please help any problem?

Have you installed any new hardware recently ? ?
Do you have a Win2K CD ?
You may have to hook it up as a slave drive to grab your important data and re-install Windows...
