Title: hp psc 1210 printer

I cannot display a document for scanning, and cannot display hp director? I have had the machine for a good while, but it has just decided, it does not want to scan? I have tried reinstalling, no luck. does anyone know the problem, and its remedy.    thanks, John

Try it with another working computer.
