Title: Problems with application

I am having a problem and no one has been able to help. I try to login to an application that I need to do some work for a company. When I try to login I keep getting an error message that the server is not available at this time and for me to check all connections. My connections are OK. I can do everything else through the internet. I have XP and I am desperate for a solution.

Have you checked your server? can you ping it? Have you try to restart your computer?
