Title: usb ports
Post by: fordhearter on June 05, 2008, 01:27:28 AM
I have a problem with my sound and usb ports. When i first got my computer it was fine but it started acting weird the last couple of weeks. My problem is everytime i use my headset it works, and the sound is fine but if i unplug it theres no sound and i usally have to restart my computer to get the sound to work again. Also im having problems with windows media player where its the same way it will work then it wont and i cant open it so i have to restart my computer. Anyone know how to fix this or what is wrong.

Welcome to the CH forums.

You have posted four times and not once have you indicated what kind of pc we are trying to diagnose (laptop, notebook, desktop) or what operating system you are using (Win.3 thru Vista Premium).  You have no chance of receiving any help unless you give some details.

Please read this (http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,33586.html)..
