looking for a map of pins on the back of HD. as to witch pin dose wich operation.

Check the hdd mfg's website for your drive.

If you dont know digital electronics, be careful if tampering or you can blow your HD or Controller. If troubleshooting you will need an oscilloscope to read the data, interrupt requests, and strobe lines.
