Post by: mrsprice on July 30, 2008, 08:32:38 PM
~OK- I seem to be having some serious comp issues. I tried to do system restore but will only restore 1 day before. What good is that? Can I  get a date farther back?

Also, I am trying to reinstall iTunes and I keep getting

"the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that  is unavailable. Enter the path to the TrayApp.msi????  What the heck does that mean.~

PLEASE HELP!!!

&

Thanks!!  :)

Do you get any errors and if so what are they?

I do not get any errors just that saying keeps popping up and lets me "browse" to pick a new .msi path.  It keeps trying to install and give me that message even when I cancel it.

~So, this TrayAPP thing will not go away. Every time I cancel it a second later it comes back. So bizarre!  :(  ~

Do you have any HP printer, or scanner hooked up? If so, do you have any CD, that came with it?

~ I just received a new cd in the mail yesterday. The printer is HP. So, do I uninstall and then reinstall the printer. I don't think it is just the printer b/c I cannot use Itunes either.  I tried reinstalling quicktime and now I just get thet TrayApp message.~
