Title: Internet is connected but local only or limited connectivity

hi
I have a fast wireless broadband from tiscali.. my internet connection was ok but since yesterday i am having a problem which prevent me using internet connection.
my internet is connected but local only... and my cousin is using the internet connection fine in his laptop.

can someone please help me solve this problem, i will be very thankful

Also, perhaps you can try a System Restore to a few days before the problem started.
