Title: Tool bar (file, view, etc.) plus more missing

My tool bar (file, view, edit, etc.) and my back, forward, stop, refresh, favorites buttons, etc. are all missing as well.  I have restarted my computer and right-clicking and clicking on the options that come up won't work.  Please help.

MorganW.....Sounds like you have managed to put your display into the full screen mode .
Is there anything up at the top ?

No, all i have is the google toolbar and the title bar (if that's what you call it) with Computer Hope Forum and the top... nothing else
