Title: booting and installation errors

When I boot my laptop, I get the message that windows cannot start because of "load needed kernel dlls.
I decided to do a fresh install from my Win XP CD, and just when the Kernel Debugger files are been loaded, I get this message: Setup could not continue because of missing ntkrnlmp.exe ...Error code 7"
