i have a partition on my windows..
i want to re-format my pc but the windows set-up says that it cannot continue the set up because it can't detect my hard disk.
how can i fix this problem.
pls help...
-
why do you need to reformat?
-
i think that my previous format that i've done is not working correctly.
everytime i start my windows, an icon on my task bar appears and detects new hardware (PCI Device)
and the "found new hardware wizard" starts. everytime i execute the wizard it always says that it cannot find the compatible software for that hardware...
i also cannot click my local drives, a have to go to the address bar to explore my local drives.

In My Computer?
What happens when you click it?
If you want, we can help solve these problems which would save you having to reformat.

All right, I am afraid you are infected with a virus.
We can remove it and clean up your computer if you post the three logs from this guide:

Once you post them, one of our Malware Specialists will continue from there. ;)
