Title: Vista SP1 issues

This may already be a topic. If it is, please give me a link to it if it has been resolved.

I have been trying to update to SP1 for about a week now. I really haven't tried anything different, like i've heard of on other forums. It gets to "stage 3", and then says it was unsuccessful. Then it takes about another half an hour to revert back to previous settings or something. If anyone knows of a way to completely update successfully, that would be great. Thanks.

Try to disable your AV program.

I'm chating with support now. We'll see how long this takes.
