Title: Bios won't post (brand new pc put togehter)

I just put my pc together (specs are below). I took everything out of the case, put it together, and started it without the cpu and the bios won't post. And their's also no beeping, just a black screen on the monitor.

You need the CPU for it to POST.

Yea my bad I did have the cpu in.  Im re-applying some thermal paste right now.
