Title: computer wont load proparlly

wen i boot up it goes to the screen were it asks u to choose from: load in safe mode, safe mode with networking and so on. but none of them work any1 got any advise for me?

No, restore disk will work only on one particular computer, which it was made for. Besides it'll erase all data.
You need Windows CD to try Windows repair. It must contain same Service Pack as installed on your computer.
