I have been doing malware scans due to some problem with my drives, cause I can't open them directly.
One day in the midst of my scans and fixes, after I've done the OTMoveIt2 cleanup, well not exactly after, maybe sometime after... I had to shut down my computer and the screen turned blue with the words Fatal system error, then it restarted.
The first time this happened I took off the plug, cause I really needed to turn it off, cause I'll be leaving the house.
Then when I turned it on again, there's this window that said "windows logon error" something like that. so I clicked on the send error report, then what came out is that there might be a problem with the drives or its drivers.
Instead of doing what was there, I did another cleanup cause I was not able to finish what I was supposed to do according to an instruction given to me, then I made a restore point.
When I was having a problem staying connected to my wireless, I decided to turn it off, again the blue window with the "Fatal system error" came out and instead of shutting down it restarted.
After so, I did some stuff in the computer, opened some apps, and because the computer is running so slow and I'm a bit drowsy I decided to turn it off.
Now it won't turn off, the mouse is on the busy state, like so.
Hope someone could help me with this.
