Title: system utilities

my system utilities to include system restore has been inadvertently removed, I do not have an xp disc.  Is there a website with a download for recovering utilities?

Contact your OEM they will provide you with the Operating system cd.

This can't be replaced without an XP CD....sorry.

You can borrow a disk to use to repair these files. It has to be the same version of XP.

Unfortunately the OEM's have managed to butcher the OS CD's so badly they normally are useless in a repair situation...
Try running sfc /scannow from one of them and you'll see.
