Just reformatted a user's PC. Now whenever she goes to mail.yahoo.com and forwards an email to anyone with a link like http://www.google.com the link is no longer live when received. She claims it worked before we reformatted her machine. Any ideas?

What exactly do you mean here?
Also, what email program/provider?
-
Ok. I'll try to explain it a bit further:
- My friend logs onto http://Mail.yahoo.com
- She sees an email that has a link inside like http://www.Google.com
- The link is underlined and clickable when she reads it.
- She forwards it to ANYONE, including herself.
- When she or the other person receives it with the typical <'s on the left indicating it was forwarded,
the link is there, but is not underlined in blue and not clickable. She has to copy/paste it into her browser
to go there, and she's a simple enough user that she doesn't want to have to do that each time.
- When I try to duplicate it on my PC with my mail.yahoo.com account, it works fine, so it is not yahoo's issue.
- It seems to happen in both the latest versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer 7.
Does this help?

What browser ? ?
-
Doesn't matter -- it happens in both IE 6 and the latest Firefox.
-
Then it's a yahoo setting.
