Title: again: Something is using my e-mail address to send spam

I have carefully followed instructions as per topic "Something is using my e-mail address to send spam".
Found 3 malwares with SuperAntiSpyware and another 2 with MALWAREBITES.
All of them removed.
Problem persists :  Something is using my e-mail address to send spam.
 ???
Any help will be app.
