For 12 segment clocks, each hour has 30 degrees of the circle. (360 / 12)

For a 7 segment clock (for whatever reason you need it for) would mean each hour would have about a 54.4 degrees angle.

We need a new diagram, Broni.

the two bolded words make me think this is a bit more involved. were do circuits come in? What would the IC be used for? how can we possibly give info on what IC one would use when there isn't even enough information to know what you're trying to do?

Well we're running out of time and i feel this may be one exam we do not score well on...Feb 10Th is right around the corner...
We may have to pull the  "my homework was on CH Forums but they are having server issues"   line and see if we can buy some time.
It'd be a real shame too since we have an A- average going into this semester.

The server does seem to be dawdling along the past few days.

Hey guys, give them some help. It is a digital clock. each numeral is a seven segment display. I had a bunch of those and trews them away. He wants a Digital Clock Diagram. Most today are LCD, but the early ones were large 7 segment LEDs that you could read across the room in day or night.
Here is a LCD

The electronic kits use the LED type:

One of the best kits is from Edmund, but pricey.
