HOW I BYPAAS MS VISTA SECURITY FEATURES, WHEN I INSTALL ANY APPLICATION ON IT?

You shouldn't need to, if you're the administrator then you just put in the admin password and you're golden. The only reason to 'bypass' the security feature would be to do something that you're not meant to be doing.
